Face First Beauty has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not give at least 24 hrs notice before canceling or rescheduling your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 for your first appointment & 100% of your service after that. A no show will also result in a fee of 100% of your service price. All fees are to be paid before booking any future appointments.

Face First Beauty allows a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Arriving late to your appointment will result in a shorter service for your appointment. Anything over 15 mins may result in a reschedule of your appointment as well as a cancellation fee.

All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
